RIVIERA DE GOA

The Riviera de Goa Resort is situated in a peaceful location in the Arpora area just by the beautiful lagoon and has a great view of the surrounding countryside. For those of you who love shopping, famous Ingo’s Saturday night market is just opposite and no doubt that it will be your first choice of entertainment every Saturday evening. Anjuna hippie market which is open every Wednesday is a mere 15 minute drive away where you will find all the local goods and have a chance to haggle to get the best bargains. The Riviera de Goa, Arpora also offers a shuttle bus throughout the day to Baga Beach and the many other beaches to visit around the area can be easily and inexpensively accessed by local taxis and buses.  This newly built Riviera de Goa Hotel has a tasteful, modern design and was completed in 2008. It has a spacious reception area with comfortable seating and incorporates the 24-hour ‘Caffeine’ bar which serves drinks and snacks. ‘Flame’, the fully air-conditioned main restaurant, is also located on the lobby level, serving buffet breakfast as well as a multi-cuisine menu featuring Goan, Indian, Oriental and Italian dishes. The other restaurant, ‘Coba’ is located just by the pool and offers grilled dishes and drinks throughout the day.

The Resort Village Royale in Goa offers the perfect choice for those who prefer to be based in a peaceful and serene location, surrounded by lush green countryside. Situated in a hamlet on the outskirts of Calangute the Village Royale provides a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle with Calangute beach 4 km away.  For our regular clients who know Goa, the Resort Village Royale is a 10-minute walk from St Alex chapel, which is the first Chapel you come to in Calangute, on the Panjim Road. The swimming pool has plenty of space around it for sunbathing, with the restaurant and bar on hand to keep you supplied with refreshments.  The rooms at the Resorte Village Royale all have ceiling fan, en-suite shower & WC and some have a balcony or terrace. DON HILL BEACH RESORT

The Don Hill Beach Resort is a small hotel located at the far end of Candolim Beach as it joins Sinquerim Beach. This hotel is a popular '2- jewel' hotel as it offers good value for money. It's only a short walk (300m) to Sinquerim Beach, one of North Goa's quieter beaches, and a walk to the right along the sand will take you all the way to Baga depending on how energetic you feel! The Don Hill has a small swimming pool and sunbathing area to the rear.   The restaurant at the Don Hills is situated to the front of the property, its greatest asset. It serves superb Contintental, Chinese and Indian cuisine and has live entertainment on a weekly basis. Other facilities on offer include a pool table, internet access, laundry and dry-cleaning service, tailor, massage and beauty parlour, safety deposit boxes and money exchange (all payable locally). SEA VIEW COTTAGES

The Sea View Cottages in Goa were initially created on this lovely location by Father Mario Pires some 40 years ago. Today, Nalini, Father Pires’ niece is managing the hotel. The Seaview Cottages could not be closer to the beach; in fact you are walking across the sand to your room and the swimming pool.

The swimming pool at the Sea View Cottages Hotel has a spacious surround with many sunbeds and overlooks the garden within the grounds. The popular ‘Paradise’ restaurant is located next to reception overlooking the beach shacks and little shops along Baga beachfront. The menu is extensive and the food delicious. With Mambo’s and Tito’s a couple of minutes up the beach road, nightlife is on hand for those who want to sample it. Alternatively, a moonlit walk along the shore with the sand between your toes cannot be beaten. The twin rooms at the Sea View Cottages all have an en-suite shower & WC, ceiling fan and a balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning and fridges are on request, subject to availability and payable locally. Board is offered on a Bed and Continental Breakfast basis. Reception offers excellent money exchange rates and safety deposit boxes free of charge for which you have to provide your own lock.
